Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available on eligible orders and pin codes. You'll see the option at checkout if it's available for your location.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and popular wallets, along with Cash on Delivery where available.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it hasn't been shipped yet. Once shipped, cancellation isn't possible — but you can initiate a return after delivery. Contact us as soon as possible at contact@everiq.in or via WhatsApp to request changes.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days for metro cities and 5–8 business days for other locations.
Do you ship all over India?
Yes, we ship to all serviceable pin codes across India via our courier partners.
How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp to follow your order in real time.
Do you ship internationally?
Not currently — we're focused on serving customers across India for now.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging. Some items may be marked non-returnable — this will be noted on the product page.
I received a damaged or wrong item — what do I do?
Please email us at contact@everiq.in within 48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video, and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (or via bank transfer/UPI for COD orders).

Are your products genuine/branded?
We're transparent about what we sell — some products are branded, while others are quality-checked unbranded items packaged and sold under Everiq. Product descriptions specify this clearly.
Do products come with a warranty?
Warranty coverage (if any) is mentioned on the individual product page. Please check before purchasing.
